Prices:
Long term rentals from US $720 per month plus utilities (leases of 6 months or longer).
One / two month rentals from US $1.250 per month including utilities.
Weekly rates from US $560.
Please contact us for availability; prices vary based on the individual units and length of stay. Our minimum stay is one week for all units. Rates are listed in US dollars and do not include tax. A 9% accommodation tax will be added to your invoice.
Deposit
A 50% payment is required to hold your reservation for short term rentals; the balance for your short term stay is payable on check-in. We also require a returnable deposit on one and two month rentals held against possible damage.
We require a one month security deposit for rentals of three months or longer please contact us for more information.
Cancellation
Full deposit (minus 20% service fee) will be refunded for reservations cancelled four weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. No refunds for cancellations made later than four weeks to arrival date.
Payment
Payment must be made by cash or PayPal. Electronic bank transfers can be arranged if necessary – fees payable by the leasee.
Registration
All guests must register upon arrival.
Occupancy
Maximum of 2 guests per unit in one bedroom units depending on the unit. Maximum 3 people in Unit 7 and 4 in Unit 8.
Utilities
Utilities are included with short term rentals. Utilities are NOT included on rentals on longer rentals – they are charged with the monthly rent.
Policies
Dogs are welcome when there is prior consent of management. You must always accompany your dog in communal areas and clean up after your dog.
No smoking indoors.
No children under 11 years of age.
Check -in/ Check-out
Check- out time is 11 a.m. Talk to us two days ahead if you’d like to stay a bit later, it is often possible.
Check-in time is from 3pm. However, if you are arriving earlier we will try to accommodate you your schedule. Please let us know at least three days prior to arrival.
Laundry
We provide linens and towels, but there is no maid service. Please do your own laundry if you wish. A washing machine is provided on the premises and there are drying lines. You can also send your laundry out to one of the many laundry services on the island.
